“Knitting is a way to explore colour, with the added dimensions of stitch and texture. Knitting with luxury fibres and making garments that are wearable and practical is very satisfying. I aim for simplicity in design with an emphasis on easy knitting.

Casual comfort and informal luxury is what I do best in my collections. Its how I live. Its important to me that the garments I create, are easy to wear, with a high level of quality and comfort.

This year two new yarns have been released, New Era Merino DK Superwash and Mulberry Silk Georgette. Both are exquisitely soft against the skin and pure pleasure to knit with. The colour range of the New Era Merino is subtle and wintery, whereas the Mulberry Silk collection is brighter and lighter for all year round wearing. Both yarn collections include natural off-white and neutral shades that are developed to look casual and lived in.

The new designs are lightweight and drape in all the right places, and this comes from using slightly larger than usual needles. Small details are included such as an accentuated collar or 3/4 sleeve and these transform the ordinary into the special.

In the today's world of fast fashion where last season's fashion is cast aside to replace with something new, lovingly hand crafted knitwear is for keeps.  Its worthwhile and lasting. I never tire of finding new ways to express what is simple, elegant and practical.”
