Downloading your files
Your downloads can only be completed on a desktop browser so your download links won't work on phones or tablets. After the files have been downloaded in a browser, it can be transferred to another device. You may download your item up to three times before the link expires.
If you have any difficulty in downloading a pattern, please contact us with a copy of your invoice or invoice number and/or details of the pattern you are missing and we will forward the digital download by email.
We undertake to communicate openly with our customers about any reasonable concerns in relation to our products or services. We will listen to your complaint, suggestion or concern and will respond within a reasonable time-frame.
